Our services are available only to individuals and businesses located in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you are located in a jurisdiction where we can legally deliver indoor plants and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

When you place an order for indoor plants, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the prices and terms specified. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraudulent activity. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship the plants to you.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered plant variety is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund. We do not guarantee that any particular plant variety will remain in stock or available for purchase.

5. Payment

Payment for indoor plants and any applicable shipping charges is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including products, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of our payment processors in addition to our own Privacy Policy.

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, we will contact you to update payment information. We may cancel orders if payment issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. You are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your financial institution related to payments.

Sales tax will be charged where applicable based on the shipping destination and current tax regulations. Tax amounts are calculated during checkout and included in the total order amount.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship indoor plants to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight and size, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and high-volume periods.

Indoor plants require special handling during shipping to maintain their health and condition. We use specialized packaging materials and work with carriers experienced in transporting live plants. However, plants may experience stress during transit, and some minor leaf damage or wilting may occur. This is normal and plants typically recover with proper care after arrival.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for return shipping and reshipment costs if you wish to have the order resent.

Risk of loss and title for purchased indoor plants pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend that someone be available to receive plant shipments, as extended time in transit or extreme temperatures during delivery can affect plant health. We are not responsible for damage occurring after successful delivery to your specified address.

If you are not available to receive a delivery, the carrier may leave the package at your address, attempt redelivery, or hold the package for pickup according to their policies. Additional charges may apply for special delivery arrangements or redelivery attempts.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our complete return and refund policy is detailed in our Return Policy document. In summary, we guarantee that indoor plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. If plants arrive damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Due to the perishable nature of indoor plants, we cannot accept returns of healthy plants simply because you changed your mind or are unsatisfied with natural variations in appearance. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address legitimate concerns about plant health or quality.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and process your return request. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or defective products.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
